Alba Gas Installation Overview
All of our Installations are done to the same high standard irrespective of price. We include a lot more in the installation than your average Installer.
All of our Installations are done to current Building Regulations and the Domestic Heating Compliance Guide.
Please remember that the sweet taste of that good deal you got, soon turns to bitter dissatisfaction after the work is done badly. We have no doubt you could get cheaper, but why take that risk?
All of Gas Engineers are Corgi Registered with full ACS Qualifications and all Electricians are NICIEC Registered.
All of these deals are only subject to Technical Survey.
2. Alba Gas Standard Package Installation Deal
This is our Standard Installation. Differing from the Budget pack in Boiler KW Output and Radiator Numbers and Labour.
This consists of a standard Price of £2900.00 + VAT for:-
- Installation of Sedbuk rated A CHB - Vokera Unica or Linea up to 32HE
- Installation of Standard Flue
- Installation of Condensate pipe to nearest waste/external downpipe/soakaway.
- Installation of Wall pad for CHB
- Installation of 22mm Gas supply pipe through to Boiler.
- Installation of up to 8 Radiators with TRV's and Lockshields
- Installation of 10mm coated Copper pipe for Radiators.
- Installation of 15mm Copper pipe for Hot and Cold Pipe work
- Lag all frost risk pipe work.
- Installation of a by pass Radiator.
- Remove existing system
- Uplift waste.
- Make good old flue hole.
- Test and Commission.
- Install Fused Spur Unit
- Install Integral Clock.
- Install Room stat
- Electrical Bond at Gas meter and Water mains.
- Supply Electrical Minor works Certificate.
- Complete Benchmark log book.
- Notify Corgi.
1. Alba Gas Budget Package Installation Deal
This is our cheap and cheerful Installation deal. Perfect for smaller Properties or for Landlords looking to upgrade.
This consists of a standard Price of £2000.00 + VAT for:-
- Installation of Sedbuk rated B CHB - Vokera Compact 25HE
- Installation of Standard Flue
- Installation of Condensate pipe to nearest waste/external downpipe/soakaway.
- Installation of Wall pad for CHB
- Installation of 22mm Gas supply pipe through to Boiler.
- Installation of up to 5 Radiators with TRV's and Lockshields
- Installation of 10mm coated Copper pipe for Radiators.
- Installation of 15mm Copper pipe for Hot and Cold Pipe work
- Lag all frost risk pipe work.
- Installation of a by pass Radiator.
- Remove existing system
- Uplift waste.
- Make good old flue hole.
- Test and Commission.

3. Alba Gas Bespoke Package Installation Deal
Have your installation your way!
We will only advise and keep you in line with current Building Regulations
A price will then be raised and provided in writing within 1 week.
This package can be more expensive, or less expensive than the two previous package deals.
4. Renewable Energy Installations
Alba Gas also installs renewable Energy such as Solar, Ground Source Pumps, Biomass Boilers and Wind Power.
